Terms of sale
Last updated: October 1, 2026
These terms apply to every purchase of Neatship made on neatship.app. Paying means you accept them.
1. Who sells
Codolie Labs SLU, CIF B23994924, Calle Teodoro Canet 2, 5-2, 07400 Alcúdia, Mallorca, Spain. Email: hello@codolie.com.
2. What you buy
A license to use the Neatship source code, a starter for building web apps. It is digital content: nothing is shipped. You get access to the private GitHub repository where Neatship is published, including the updates we publish there.
What you may do with the code is set by the Neatship license, delivered with it (the LICENSE.md file). In short: you may build as many apps as you like, for yourself or for your clients, and sell them; you may not resell, share or publish Neatship itself.
3. Price and payment
- The price is €199, paid once. There is no subscription.
- VAT is added where the law requires it. The total is shown before you pay.
- Payment is handled by Stripe. We never see your full card details.
- You receive a receipt and an invoice by email.
4. Delivery
- At checkout, you give the username of your GitHub account.
- Within 24 hours of payment, we invite that account to the private repository. GitHub sends you the invitation by email.
- Accept it within 7 days: after that, GitHub cancels it. If the username was wrong or the invitation expired, write to us and we send a new one.
5. Right of withdrawal
If you buy as a consumer in the European Union, you usually have 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase.
Neatship is digital content delivered at once. At checkout, you ask us to give you access straight away and you acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once access is given (Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU; Article 103(m) of the Spanish consumer law, TRLGDCU).
Until we have invited your GitHub account, you can still withdraw: write to hello@codolie.com and we refund you in full.
6. If something doesn't work as described
The code must do what neatship.app describes. If it doesn't, write to us: we fix it within a reasonable time or, if we can't, we refund you.
If you buy as a consumer, you also keep the legal guarantee of conformity for digital content given by the law of your country, in Spain the TRLGDCU.
7. Liability
Our liability is limited as set out in the Neatship license: as far as the law allows, to the amount you paid, and never for indirect losses such as lost profits or lost data. This limit doesn't apply where the law forbids it, for example to the rights of consumers or to damage caused on purpose or by gross negligence.
8. Changes to these terms
We may change these terms for future purchases. The version shown when you paid applies to your purchase.
9. Applicable law and disputes
These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you buy as a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live, and you may go to the courts there. Otherwise, the courts of Palma de Mallorca, Spain, decide any dispute.
10. Contact
