Privacy policy

Last updated: October 1, 2026

This policy explains which personal data we handle when you visit neatship.app, buy Neatship or try the demo, why, and your rights.

Who is responsible

Codolie Labs SLU, CIF B23994924, Calle Teodoro Canet 2, 5-2, 07400 Alcúdia, Mallorca, Spain. Email: hello@codolie.com.

When you visit neatship.app

  • No account, no cookies, no analytics and no advertising trackers.
  • Our host, Vercel, records technical data (IP address, browser, pages requested) in its server logs, to deliver the website and protect it from abuse. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in running a secure website.

When you buy Neatship

  • What: your name, email address, billing address, VAT number if you give one, and your GitHub username. Your payment details are collected by Stripe; we only see the type of card and its last four digits.
  • Why: to deliver what you bought (access to the repository, updates, support) and to issue invoices. Legal bases: the contract, and our legal obligations in tax and accounting.
  • Shared with: Stripe, which processes the payment, and GitHub, which receives your username when we invite you.
  • How long: purchase and invoice records are kept as long as Spanish tax and commercial law require, usually 6 years. Your access to the repository lasts as long as your license.

When you write to us

We keep your email address and your messages to answer you, and as long as the exchange may need a follow-up.

When you try the demo

  • The shared demo account needs nothing from you. Everyone who uses it sees the same sample workspace, which is reset every night: don't enter personal data in it.
  • If you create your own account, Clerk handles the sign-in (your name, email address and sign-in details), and our database stores your name, email address and what you create. Legal basis: providing the demo you asked for. Demo data may be deleted at any time. To delete your account, write to us.
  • Payments in the demo use Stripe's test mode: they are not real, and you should never enter real card details there.
  • Cookies: Clerk sets the cookies needed to keep you signed in. There are no analytics or advertising cookies.
